Okay.

Gauging people based on what they say may not be the smartest thing to do. Seriously.
What i guess i'm saying is, be careful about what you think you know about people. you may not be all i've made you out to be...

It's funny how sometimes people can see you the way you AREN'T. I mean, yeah, sure people do see things in different perspectives and stuff, but it really doesn't give you the permit to talk about someone, behind their back and yet alone right in their freaking faces.

Just because i've said a few vulgarities doesn't make a criminal. Last i recall, you said them too.

And i may not be who you think i am... So who are you, to freaking judge me?

Alright... I'm currently, in the Oops! room.

IF there's any other word to describe how quiet this room is right now, i would. But that'll only happen if i can make up my own word.

There's 5 of us in here now... But it's so quiet... So.

I'm back! From a 2 week hiatus. There's been so much that's going on and yeah, that pretty much explains it =) Of course there'll be more stuff to justify myself than just a "yeah that's what went on"... If you know what i mean. Cause i don't. haha.

Well, i went to "The Roots" concert at Esplanade, as part of the Mosaic music festival. It was the best concert i've been to. But of course, this is only my third concert. It was awesome though, really. And i enjoyed pretty much of it, right to the every second =)

And there was the Singapore Flyer. A 30 min ride, but it was well worth it. Pretty boring though, unless you're with your friends and stuff. Jacob was taking pictures and so was Fairuz. So there wasn't much time for us to even talk to each other you see... But the view was, of course, spectacular. I went at night though, so the city lights were a sight.

The past few days though, i feel that i'm talking too much. So much so i feel that some people may have misunderstood what i actually say. Though of course i'm not paranoid or something, just that's what i feel. I wanna keep quiet for a while... Just a little quiet quiet ;) So pleaseeeee don't bother me if i just keep quiet okeyyy? =D

Oh, i also went for chalet. Only with her and no one else. So yes, it's just the two of us at a Costa Sands Resort at Sentosa. Not to worry though, we didnt do anything that's wrong. It's a really great great time because that was when i truly learnt how to revel in the presence of your loved one =)

And i haven't been writing much these past 2 weeks. Well, the pen is mightier than the sword so they may say, but you certainly need some good motivation or inspiration at least to get your hands to coordinate with the pen. Which can be kinda crappy at times because that's not happening for the past few weeks. Read this whole post again and you'll realise that my english isn't as "powerful". Haha.

Screw it!

When life's like shit, just laugh at it! Haha.

And i've learnt something valuable yesterday night. It's hard to find a total stranger that would invest alot in you. Alot in time, and effort.

Some paths are meant to be crossed.

Some too captivating, that you wished that that’s all you ever drifted on.
Some too coincidental, you can’t help but wonder why.
Some too dangerous, you thread into it anyhow.
Some too uncertain, you try it anyway.
Some rather sad, you feel that you’ve made a mistake but you didn’t.
Some too bright, you feel it’s safer than being in the dark.
Some too dark, you became too used to it.
Some isn’t too bad, you feel you should deserve better.
Some were mistakes; you can’t seem to admit to that.
Some were meant for you; you walked past it and never look back.

Then you realised that, all paths has its own special meaning and not all paths are as bad as it seems, neither is all that seems good, is indeed actually good.

Sweet.

So Mon and Tues was the Oops! Course that costed $5000 for a supposed attendance of 40 people. Though let's just say that about 25 people turned up for the first day, and even lesser for the second day.

I thought the course really sucked... Cause the name of the course was afterall "Ultimate Magazine Startup Course", but we've already established ourself see? Here's the twist, i did learn something, and i kinda pity the course instructors when the dudes started to talk on the second day.

Yeah, the second pic has jacob and i in it. He wants to quit in issue 4. Which is kinda sad because i really think he adds spice to everything that we do. The jokes and gayness that he expresses himself. I know that unless he stumbles upon this site of mine, he'll never know how much he means to Oops!

But afterall, people do come and go.

It's been a absolutely hectic week with all the Oops! stuff going on. Well, what can i say. It's Oops! It's a great experience, with all the learning together with crapping. Sometimes however things could get pretty dreary and tiring, and at other times there'll be boredom.

"Lollipop" Back to School party

We went out to sea as well, and due to the unpredictable weather it rained the moment we got to oneº15. There was only one word to decribe that place though - posh. Everything there was extravagant, including the service. I'd have to say it's really good though, considering this might be the first step singapore takes to becoming really service oriented. I wanted to go pulau hantu though... And of course, the ride there wasnt very smooth because we were caught under heavy rain. So the winds and stuff, people started puking and all. To cut the long story short, eventful.

If you're wondering what were we doing on board a boat... Well, photoshoot for fashion spread. Next week wont be as hectic though, which im really grateful for. Otherwise i'll be burnt out yet again.

js with his kinda gay pose

two of the models

luke, js, kevin, jas (i took this pic from her)

And of course, all work a no play makes a person dull. Therefore, this is what we do in the Oops!/Fairuz' office. We've got all kinds of nonsense happening in there. But of course, all these only happens when we get really bored and stressed at working.

the epitome of boredom... and a really poor bear. Look at it's shirt

hak with the really spastic look

Also, js and i went to sit the GX5. It's another variation of the GMax (The inverse bungy). The GX5 is a huge huge swing (somewhat like a pirate ship) but this is much more intense. They hoist you up till you're 90º to the ground and the person sitting at the center has to release a cord so that the whole thing would drop -

the GX5

Yesterday night, i went for the Incubus concert! I was there to work though, cover the event and stuff. It was afterall my first time at a concert and i've to say, it really blew me off - better than i expected.

Nothing beats being bored. Seriously, it's like the most screwed up feeling you can ever feel. Especially when it drives you to do things that are out of the normal. For example, wiki-ing nonsense stuff on the net. Say: the 42 presidents of USA, the Battle of Normandy during WWII, and the best of all, wiki-ing your own name to see if someone wrote anything about you.

Then again just 5 mins ago i was restless on this desk in Singapore Polytechnic with 4 other people who are equally restless. And no we're not doing anything about it. We're not doing anything, so much so that i'm even blogging about how boring boredom can be.

And yes, you can be so bored that you'd do pretty weird stuff, like... hugging a teddy bear?

Tomorrow's gonna be a full day but right now, im not thinking of that, im thinking of something that's related to physics... A double rainbow... I can tell you how it was formed and stuff, but there's really a mystery to that.

Here's more!

Pardon me as of now. Writing can be really fun sometimes, that's why, i choose to blog! =D

And of course, there are many other things to do when you're bored. I choose to eat! I just ate 3 donuts which are really nice!

Of course, those are not what i ate. That's just some random pictures of pretty donuts i ripped off from the net. They're not copyright of course. Even if it is, so what? they didnt tell me, and i didnt know =D

Right now, im happy. Why? Cause, im please. Like totally.

Enjoy!

Once upon a time...

a sleeping beauty awakens,
a princess finds her unicorn,
a wizard waves his wand,
a shining star guides the way,
a pirate discovers hidden treasure,
a knight slays a dragon,
secret worlds are revealed,
and all before the clock strikes midnight.

Constellations

A thousand years ago, the sky was lit with hanging stars. A thousand years ago, people saw the same stars that we're seeing now. A thousand years ago, was oh-so different from now.

I saw the Orion in the dust clouds, the Big Dipper adorned on wedding dresses. There's no sound that's more beautiful, than the rustling of the earth, and the leaves.

And up in the distance, I can see a star, sitting near a street light that it couldn't bear to leave apart. And it's in these like this everywhere if you'd just take off your glasses, and realise the world isn't as dark as it seems.

And constellations remain the same... They never change. Ever.

The Name's Newton

The name's called Newton. Issac Newton. He was born on the 14th January 1643, and thus it makes him 364 years old this year. He currently resides in Kensington, London, Englang, where, well, that was where he was last seen.

His alma mater was the Trinity College, and he will thoroughly be grateful for all the lessons learnt as he will embark on his journey to be one of the greatest minds that the world has ever seen. Also, he was the "half-creator" of Calculus and many other nonsensical formulas, derivations and not forgetting laws.

In his free time, he has interest physics, mathematics, astronomy, alchemy, and philosophy. Not forgetting, he has invented so many things that have really proved to be useful in our everyday lives. He is also very well known for Newtonian Mechanics, Universal gravitation, Calculus and Optics.

This blog is Newton approved
